Beautiful 1950's bach that has been renovated over the years. Two bedrooms with open plan kitchen, dining and living including a sleepout with bathroom.
Deck catching all day sun with a lawn for the kids to play.
Room for a boat and facilities to clean.
Addition to bach - there is a sleepout available which sleeps 4 (queen bed and a set of bunks) with it's own toilet and shower.
It is just a 1 minute walk to the Marsden Bay beach/ playground and a 10 minute walk to Marden Cove Marina complex.
Perfect for a summer family holiday. As a kid we enjoyed our summers in this kiwi bach.

Summary: The property is old but good location. Some of the cooking items need replacement, very bad condition. Outside sensor light not working. Individual hot and cold taps in the bathroom need a mixture in this day and age. Bedroom door needs to be changed for privacy. The house does have a number.
