Summary: Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property.

Summary: I loved our stay, it was very home like environment, the house was so nice, they are located close to old san juan and other areas of convenient location. We would come back again. changes needed for quest tv in Spanish did not know how to change it to English. need coffee, creamer, and more amenities for quest.
