This amazing, newly updated home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Wheat Ridge, just a short distance from Downtown Denver. The home has all new furniture and all new appliances. There are 2 Smart TV's, cable, and internet in the home. There is a 3 car garage with a garage door opener. The backyard has a covered patio area with table and chairs as well as an uncovered patio area surrounded by a privacy fence.
The home has 3 bedrooms:
One bedroom with a queen size bed (main floor)
One bedroom with full size bunk beds (main floor)
One bedroom with a king size bed (downstairs)
There is a pull out couch on the main level as well as a pull out couch downstairs.
There is a full bathroom On the main floor and a full bathroom downstairs.
PETS:
Pets are also allowed with a $200 non-refundable deposit and MUST be disclosed PRIOR to booking. Please pick up and dispose of ALL pet waste! Any pet waste not cleaned up will result in an additional $100 clean up fee.

Summary: It was in the perfect spot to go hangout in downtown Denver, see a Rockies game, but also near Boulder to meet with some of our business reps. It was also easy for us to head down to the southern side of Denver for some leisurely activities. Great location and fair pricing!

Summary: We were in town to see Jimmy Buffett at Red Rocks and meet up with local family members. The house was perfect for the 7 of us, plus the back patio and deck were perfect for gathering together. It was a short ride to Red Rocks in a rented shuttle. The house was clean and well stocked, the area very nice. Good experience!

Summary: Ryan and Ashleigh were great. Communication and questions were answered fast and thorough. The check in was very easy. The house was the perfect size and very cozy! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything inside was updated or new. The beds were comfortable (which is a nice for someone with back issues). The sheets and towels were clean and soft. I had everything I needed to feel at home. The house is a short distance to whatever you need including good restaurants and the grocery store. I would absolutely come stay again.
