Summary: Place was amazing and was beyond expectations. The house was clean and offered everything you could wish for. This place is a lot bigger than pictured and there’s plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood was quiet and location was convenient to any stores you may need. I would book here again in a heart beat and I’m glad I did.

Summary: This home is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. It included all of the amenities and appliances needed for an extended stay which made it very enjoyable. Board games and kids dishware were a nice touch that helped accommodate our family with young kiddos. The neighborhood was quaint and nearby to lots of parks, restaurants, and the downtown area. It was also easy to access the mountain region to the west. The owners made a point to check in and ensure we were taken care of. We would definitely return in the future and recommend to others!

Summary: My sister & I came in to surprise our dad and we absolutely loved the Gray House. Everything went smooth, great communication with John, the home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood that was close to many things.We can’t wait to come back!!

Summary: Well appointed and comfortable with easy access to downtown Denver and Red Rocks. There are also lots of restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity. The house has plenty of space including a fenced in backyard. It even has an attached garage that you can park it, making loading and unloading a breeze! Will stay again.

Summary: This home was more spacious than I thought and had everything we needed during our stay. Everything looks recently updated. Having the garage was an extra bonus I wasn't even aware of. Edgewater is interesting town and there are some nice restaurants a short walk from the home.
