Positive: Location was great. Very close to the beaches which was why we visited San Diego.
Negative: I wish it had more cooking supplies as I cooked all the meals for our family there.

Positive: The house was great. just the right size for my family. The girls loved the pool! The pool toys were a bit old, but still a fun and unexpected bonus. I had brought floats, not realizing some were already provided. The location was excellent, and the house itself was clean. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it. The patio furniture gave us a nice shaded spot to relax outside. There were plenty of towels and enough toilet tissue for our entire week-long stay. The outdoor outlets didn’t work, but I didn’t reach out to the host, probably just a switch. We enjoyed our stay overall, but I want to share an issue that came up after checkout. The host contacted me about a damaged air mattress and asked how I planned to replace it. Fortunately, I had recorded a video upon arrival and the next day that shows the air mattress was already flat. Thank God we like to take pictures and videos. I shared this with the host but never received a response. I hadn’t thought I’d need proof of the air mattress condition, assuming it just wasn’t plugged in. The message 24 hours after checkout felt unfair. Aside from this situation, the house was a good fit for our family, but guests may want to document the condition of everything when they arrive...just in case.
