Summary: Thank you for accommodating our family for a wedding weekend, the amount of space was perfect. We tried to leave the whole place in better and cleaner condition than we found it in effort to always be polite. PROS: Great space to stay for our family Hot hot water for showers, hands, and cleaning Cold AC, yes please VERY comfortable beds in all rooms Comfy sheets and blankets Gas stove/oven Fairly stocked kitchen Cold fridge and freezer Cleaning supplies Washer/dryer available to leave clean towels and sheets CONS: We re-cleaned and air freshened for hours after arriving to make it feel clean. All of the towels that were placed on dirty countertops, and all blankets and sheets were rewashed before use that evening. The total kitchen needed quite a bit of re-cleaning as did the bathroom sinks (old toothpaste and spit), toilets (tp in, and grossness around), and showers (used soap bar and box and hair). We also used our vacuum, and mopped the floors. It would have been nice to have had the backyard mowed and the back porch cleaned off to better enjoy the outdoors. Lastly there is a garage but there wasn’t access to pull in with construction supplies in the space. Based on our experience and reading previous VRBO (and a sister site-like that starts with an A and ends with a B) reviews it just seems like a better and more thorough cleaning crew/company should be utilized. Kevin was great at communicating and we appreciate the accommodations for the weekend.

Summary: They place was not clean dirty bathroom mats and beds were half made no extras like towels or hand sanitizer or what I am use to when renting a vrbo Floors were dirty broken dinning table chairs missing blades in bedroom fans so very noise at night as we like to sleep with the fan on , back yard was gross and back too to yard was filthy , not happy at all, I have NEVER stayed in a place that’s advertised as exceptional” and false advertising you stated “HOT TUB” and there was NO such thing .. very disappointed with this booking , we would have left but it was Easter weekend so we were stuck so had to make the most of it we had to go to the local Walmart and buy towels and blankets and pillows cause there had non .. should have booked the hotel in stead
