Our home sits right next to Grace Ranch and is great for a cozy getaway to the country! It boasts an extra large front porch, a great open floor plan with plenty of room to gather, 4 bedrooms, and a super fun tree house for the kids to play in. Sit on the front porch and drink your morning coffee as you take in the country views as well as getting to see the horses, cows, and goats that may pass by. Other perks are that we are less than 10 minutes to town and have some of the most beautiful sunsets!! For added fun contact Grace Ranch, at graceranch.net, and book a ranch ride. All bookings with Grace Ranch are made separately and are subject to availability. Make sure to book at least a week in advance.
Guests should be aware that there is a small staircase that has to be taken to get in and out of the house. Also, to be noted is that when we put spray foam insulation under the house it caused the floor to look wavy in some parts of the master bedroom and living room. The floor is completely solid, but it could be a nuisance if you use a walker or wheelchair.

Summary: Group of us doing the local Texas River Marathon canoe race. This place is located in the middle of where we wanted to paddle. Four bedrooms with 1 bath took a little shuffling with 7 folks getting ready in the morning. Daughter works with horses at a boarding ranch at home. So she was a happy girl here. Nice and quite with plenty of room.

Summary: If you love the country this is the place to stay. The house is well stocked and plenty of room. Enjoyed watching the horses and goats. Loved the visits from the dog. My granddaughters fell in love with the donkey. Will definitely stay here again ❤️

Summary: This is a favorite retreat for our family and friends. Plenty of space, well-appointed kitchen, bedrooms and gathering area. This is a working horse ranch with a massive heard of goats as well. If you enjoy a quiet country setting, the Grace Ranch cannot be beat.

Summary: This ranch was wonderful! It was perfect for the quick family gathering we had. There were 9 adults and there was plenty of room for every one. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a quick night stay. The owners gave great detailed directions on how to get to the property. I would recommend.
