Positive: Location is on the edge of quiet suburb with T-bahn station for line to central Stockholm (20 min journey) and 2 supermarkets within 10-15 mins walk. Other shops and restaurants similarly nearby though we didn't use them.
Negative: Property's description should be clearer that for travellers arriving by car there is no viable alternative to the secure parking that the hosts can arrange. On street parking is for really for locals only. Minor gripes were slight smell of drains in bathroom, broken/missing window catches in downstairs bedroom.
Summary: Pleasant accommodation within easy reach of central Stockholm

Positive: Nice to have washer and dishwasher.
Negative: I feel like this place could be much nicer with some attention to detail and other small upgrades. -The window in the shower has no curtain or frosting, and faces a walk path and bus stop. -the sun stays up until after 11pm in the summer and rises at 4am. The bedrooms do not have blackout curtains, so it never gets dark. -however, other rooms stay dark: burnt out lightbulbs and inadequate lighting in the kitchen make it hard to cook. -the place was hard to find and parking was inconvenient. The parking garage is expensive and spots are tiny and require you to manually open and close two big doors. Would be nice to supply maps and such in the welcome message. -only two bath towels were supplied, and they were the roughest ones I've ever felt. Would be nice to have more hand towels for the kitchen. -no shopping or restaurants nearby. -would be nice to have an ironing board and iron for business Travellers looking to make a good impression with unwrinkled clothes. All in all felt like the bare minimum, but could be so much nicer with just a bit more effort.

Positive: Visited in August 2023. Nice and quiet area, very near to a parc with playground for children. about 20 minutes walk to entrance of subway (underground transport). everything we needed was present in the house. Also a terrace.
Negative: no parking possible in the street with your car. You can however rent a space for your car in the big garage opposite of the house by paying an extra fee, but make sure to order that space with the owner before your arrival!
Summary: Nice and quiet house outside the city centre.

Positive: It was really helpful to be able to park the car early in the covered car park a few hours before checking in. The house was easy to find and check into; the location suited us, as we were driving (though it might not suit everyone).
Negative: There's really nice area to sit on couches out the back but it's almost unpleasant on a hot, sunny day; having a shade cover that could be pulled over would make it a paradise.
Summary: The house fitted our needs perfectly. Would stay again.
