Positive: The house was lovely and spotlessly clean.
Negative: Was quite strange having the owners clothes in the wardrobes and their personal stuff everywhere. The house was also very tricky to find, the satnav couldn’t locate it with all the new houses.

Positive: The house was very clean, organized and spacious living room, kitchen and dining. Great view even just from the living room, but especially in the main bedroom. Matteo gave us clear instructions as to self check in and house rules. He was very helpful.
Negative: Microwave at the time was not working, not sure if there was anything wrong or we just couldn't make it work. Getting ready in the kitchen is very audible in the upstairs bedrooms, it woke me while I was asleep. However, these are just minor inconveniences I guess.

Negative: Property was at top of a very steep hill which if using car was okay but a very tough walk back to. If young and fit then probably okay but older couples and people with mobility issues will need to use the car or taxis

Positive: Such a great location looking right over the Irish sea, it is tucked away at the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac, very close to Wicklow Town and local amenities. Great host and always responded to messages quickly, all communication from the time of booking was excellent and clear. The description on booking.com is spot on, very modern house fully equipped with everything you could need. Everything could be found exactly where the instructions from the host said they were located. House was found and left clean and tidy. We had a great stay at Matteo's property and would highly recommend to anyone. I am sure we will be back. Thank you very much Matteo!
