Summary: Very nice new house. Easy access to market and other services. Need to stock more dishes and pots and pans. No coffee cups either. Big frig to stock lots of food.

Summary: House is in a nice location but was not properly stocked for three adults: only three bath towels for three people, no hand towels in bathrooms or kitchen and no wash cloths for bathrooms or kitchen. Dirty glass in sink when we arrived, walls in upstairs bathroom are badly smudged and carpet upstairs is stained. Very little toilet paper in three bathrooms (only 1/3 roll each and no full rolls) and no coffee cups. We had to purchase toilet paper, coffee cups and hand towels for bathrooms and kitchen. Although I informed property owner, he responded but was not able to fulfill my request.

Summary: Beautiful neighborhood and nice location. Host was also very responsive. Enjoyed my stay and didn’t have any issues overall.

Summary: This home was just close enough to Austin to get good food & entertainment. Yet it was in an area where you felt safe and removed from the city.

Summary: This home was in a good location far enough from city so it was quiet but close enough for a quick Uber in around 25 minutes if you wanted to drive in for dinner. Downside was the cleanliness of the place. The floors were dirty as though it was not cleaned before our arrival. The master bedroom smelled like cigarettes and so did the mattress. I reached out to the host and he kindly offered to send a cleaning crew but that was not going to fix the smoking smell. I did wash the sheets myself but the bed still smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Host was very nice but I'm writing this for anyone with health concerns who may have an issue if the problem is not addressed. The host did show up during our checkout with new cleaners to make sure it was good for the next stay. I'm giving 3 starts because location and communication were great but I do think inspections need to take place before every checkin to ensure the property is clean.
