beautiful home. You will have access to the entire private house.
This home is located in the friendly quite and convenient neighborhood of North El Monte. It is close to multiple main freeways. Just 25 miles to Universal Studio, 28 miles to Disneyland, 18 miles to downtown LA, and 34 miles to LAX. There are numerous of restaurants and groceries nearby.
The space
This home is a newly renovated single house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with new furnitures, central air, and fully equipped kitchen .
This home contains 2 parking spaces and plenty of street parking.
Street sweeping is on Tuesday.
There are two units on the lot. You will be staying in the front unit.

You will have access to the entire front unit

- No loud noise after 10pm
- Pet is not allowed.

Summary: Hana was a great host! Place was clean and tidy. Only suggestion is the couch for a bedding sleeping spot. Other than the house was nice and clean! The area is great.

Summary: Property was clean and the owner checked in to make sure everything was OK and to ask if we needed anything. We only wished that there were televisions in the bedrooms in case anyone wanted to watch something differently or my son wanted to play his game. Beyond that, everything was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful home, very comfortable! Everything was provided to make our stay comfy. Hana was such an amazing host, very attentive and quick to respond. When I go back to California, she's the one I will reach out to for sure! Such a great experience all together.

Summary: Very clean, cute 2 bedroom. Updated with all amenities. The only downside was the beds did have top sheets, only comforters. So I slept without covers which I don’t really love. I would stay again but I would bring a sleeping bag.

Summary: Safe and comfortable location for visiting El Monte. Dining only a short drive and host provided a great list of suggestions. Would have liked to have a dishwasher, but it wasn't advertised so that's fine. The host was absolutely kind and super responsive to all of our needs and our entire stay went very well!

Summary: Only eight minutes away from the Irwindale speedway . Very convenient for are trip to the track. The place is very clean inside.

Summary: I enjoyed staying at Hana’s house so much. I went on a trip with a couple of family members, and even though the house is on the smaller side, it felt very spacious. Hans was easy to get a hold of and responded to messages fast. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see while in California! Thank you again Hana!
