Fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath townhouse.
We're 25 mins from DC, 20 mins from Baltimore, a few mins from I-295, I-95, and Fort-Meade. Flying in from BWI Airport? We're 15 mins away. We are a 10minute drive from multiple different grocery stores, shopping centers, LOTS of restaurants and breweries.
Our home features a large deck with string lights, table/chairs, and grill, and a private fenced yard perfect for entertaining or just chilling and grilling. Laundry is available in the basement as is a bonus room featuring a desk, Lovesac, and television for hanging out and entertaining. One parking space is available.
There is a keypad on the front door that we will give you the code to once the booking is completed!
We will be available to answer any questions via email or text. We are living out of the area for now, but we do have a family friend who can be there at a minute's notice to help out with anything you may need in person.
Our neighborhood is very quiet with families living around. There are many excellent trails within walking distance or a very short drive. It is also imperative to visit Historic Savage Mill for the restaurants and shops while you stay (only a 3minute drive or 10min walk from the house)!

Summary: This is our third stay at this rental. It was clean and comfortable as always. It is a safe neighborhood, well lit and quiet. You do hear the adjacent highway traffic, but that was not problematic for us. There is a nice green space in the center of the development for walking the dog as well as an area right near the unit. It is conveniently located to Washington and Annapolis for day trips. I highly recommend

Summary: We were a couple 2 adult children and a dog that needed to stay in the area for Christmas to be near our daughter and SIL who were very close to their due date. The place was perfect for us, clean and comfortable, and the owners were very easy to work with. We’ll use this place again if we need to stay in the area.

Summary: We stayed in this home awaiting the closing of our new home. It is well appointed and has everything you need in the kitchen! The back deck was a lovely space to drink coffee in the morning and end the day with a glass of wine. Definitely go to Savage Mill for dinner out one evening!

Summary: Perfect location to visit friends and family in Columbia, Laurel and Annapolis. Hosts very responsive. Great place for us and our little dog. Lake Elkhorn was always been one of our favorite places to walk.

Summary: Our stay went well and the property was just as described. Well stocked and plenty of room to have our family over to enjoy Easter dinner. We were even able to eat on the deck since it was warm enough. Won’t hesitate to stay again!

Summary: The house was clean and spacious. There was everything we needed to make this our home away from home. We had our dog with and the fenced yard, though small, was just perfect for her. We enjoyed the games and deck as well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe but close to shopping, gas stations, etc. The kids had such a great time, the youngest one cried when we had to leave. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Great comunication with the host since day one. After an overnight road trip from Florida the host honored us to check in early instead of 3:00pm and that means a lot to us. The townhome was cozy and located in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities as described.
