Beautiful 2nd floor duplex located 2.5 short blocks from the beach.
Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and open street parking.
Fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen, wifi, central air conditioning.
One well trained dog is permitted to join you on your stay.
All summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Just bring your sheets, towels, and beach chairs.
Rental includes 6 beach tags.
We have 2 outdoor security cameras, 1 at the top of the steps and 1 on the front porch.
There is an outside shower to rinse off after the beach.
Sit outside on the spacious front deck for happy hour and enjoy outdoor seating for dinner with a gas bbq grill on the deck.

Summary: We had a great stay at Katie’s place. When we arrived we noticed the cleaners had not been there. Katie was on it immediately and cleaners came within an hour. Katie is a wonderful Vrbo host. Although it is one floor, this house is much larger than it seems. Neighbors below own there property but were very friendly which always makes things easier. Would def. return to this lovely home!!
