Summary: This property is just fine. Neighborhood is quiet, conveniently located to everything. House is in decent shape and stocked with everything needed to cook meals. I would have no problem staying here again.

Summary: This is an older home and the property inside and outside needs some attention. It could be a nice home if the inside was updated. It had a musty smell and is in need of some repairs and cleanliness The kitchen faucet was hard to turn on and provided only a trickle of water. The tub was in bad condition. The lighting was poor with light bulbs burned out. There were strange noises coming from refrigerator and furnace. No cable so we were unable to watch any TV because we do not do streaming.

Summary: It appears for whatever reason, this house is basically unoccupied and the owner is renting out to get some short term income. The cypher lock was broken at check in and the phone number listed for the renter was disconnected. He did answer VRBO chat quickly and sent someone over to open the place. The home could use some loving, with assorted things needing repair. There was a dispenser of liquid soap by the bathroom sink, but nothing for the shower (or shampoo). The cleaner forgot to empty the grounds in the coffee pot and there were moldy grounds in there. If you do laundry in the cellar.....let's just home the owner has straightened up down there.

Summary: The property was a bit overgrown. The tree in the front yard blocked the view of the house from the street. The steps going into the house are very steep first step about 10 inches made it a bit difficult for me with a bad knee. The back porch sitting area had a couple chairs and a table but, the tree next to it was overgrown and un able to use. I was in town for a wedding so for just sleeping two nights it was better than a hotel. I only mention these things so that maybe it was an oversight by whoever takes care of the property.

Summary: It would be nice if all the House rules were listed and left out on the Main table or Refrigerator, TV and WiFi information, garbage pick up day and other important information as to not bother the host and wait on a reply. Don't get me wrong the place was very nice.
