Positive: The staff was very easy to communicate with and they gave me good suggestions on places to eat for dinner.
Negative: The image here in Bookings is nice and clean but the actual hotel needs to hire a groundskeeper. The cracks in the sidewalks and parking lot has grass growing out of them and the area around the hotel was not in the best condition. The people staying there seemed to be regular tenants and not brief renters. The pool was closed unfortunately but that was okay. The gym was a small,11 x 13 foot room with a few items in there but really not enough space for more than two people. The room itself was okay but it looked like they had hired someone’s cousin to put in a drop ceiling and the bathroom vent and the lights throughout the room looked like they were all cut out from the ceiling tiles with a butter knife. I felt like the room was a poor condition hotel room given a cheap makeover. Peeling wallpaper and painted over old doors.
Summary: I’d come here again for the cheap price but not for the amenities or decor.

Positive: It was decently clean and the price wasn't to bad. The place could use a little tlc but all in all it was an alright stay.
Negative: The pool was closed, we didn't know until we got there and didn't have time to find a different hotel with a pool, no vending machine and no complimentary breakfast.

Positive: I liked the staff. They were very friendly and very hospitable. The hotel architecture and theme of the room was eye catching. The elevator was clean and operational. They had a fitness center and ice machine and microwave on our floor that were both working. The staff was very accommodating overall.
Negative: I didn't like the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance reasons. The hotel bathroom toilet was very small (I am 6'5" and have issues with my lower back, hips and legs; so I have challenges getting up from lower positions). I was able to use their public rest rooms which did have a handicap accessible stall however, the light was very dim and made it quite dark inside. I did ask front desk about a toilet riser, but the representative said that they did not carry those. I did not like that the website promised free breakfast but I was told by the front desk reps that they have not served breakfast since covid.
