Summary: Really nice boutique hotel. Room was very spacious and the in-room washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. Hotel staff was also super friendly and quite helpful with general information. A staff member also made the time to show us how to use the washer/dryer. Highly recommend this hotel for the excellent staff, spacious room, and short walk to Kyoto Station. Would stay here again!

Summary: Very nice room with washer, microwave. Very nice and spacious shower, comfortable beds. Super good location, close to Kyoto station and with lots of greats restaurants close by. Staff is also super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on the simpler side.

Summary: Was an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Thanks to them we found an amazing restaurant a few steps from the hotel and they help us to get reservation, one of our favorite restaurants in Kyoto.

Summary: Our room was nice and clean. I was surprised of how spacious the room was. They even had a Dyson hairdryer! Toiletries and pjs was provided. In the reception area, you can grab additional toiletries, face lotions and masks. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Summary: Very close to kyoto station. With large luggage it is only an 7 minutes walk. Next to Don Quiote & kyoto station that has a shopping & many restaurant
