Positive: There was plenty of space for two people and it was nice to have two bathrooms to get ready. There is a nice coffee shop a couple blocks away.
Negative: The room had a distinct aroma of marijuana when we entered. It could have been a leftover smell from paint or something else, but it was noticeable each time we entered. The bedside tables and under the bed were quite dusty. Someone tried to enter the property around 4 am on our last night. They were a guest in another room on the property and it seems to have been an honest mistake but was still terrifying to wake up in the middle of the night to someone trying to open the room.
Summary: Would have stayed in a hotel if there were any decent options in the area.

Positive: The property was the perfect for us as a couple- spacious, hot tub, comfortable and all the basic necessities in the kitchen. It was quiet and gave us a great home base for three night. The bed was comfy, parking was free and easy (unlike many area hotels) and you can see a lot in a two hour drive any direction. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely stay!
Negative: We were there during a change in weather and had to request to have the heat turned on- no big deal and totally understandable given the change to fall weather. The stairs up were a little steep and hard to navigate with a heavy suitcase but also no big deal since it was once up and once down.
Summary: Quiet, comfortable, perfect getaway for a couple.
