Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Erba Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making us feel at home from the first day. The location is perfect – the tram station is just a short walk away, and all the main attractions are within easy reach, making it very convenient to explore Istanbul. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty food to start the day. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!

Negative: The room cleaning could have been better as we noticed that the bed sheets and pillow cases were never replaced or cleaned after each day.
