Welcome to "Cottage" in Ericeira Hills with heated infinitipool.
Totally renovated in June 2014. Silent surroundings in the end of a 'dead end' street with sun all day until it goes down in the atlantic. Walking distance to Ericeira (15 min)
The house looks 'old style portuguese' on the outside, but has been 'ripped apart' in total, and has been remodeled to a modern house on the inside. High class kitchen fully equipped with induction, 3 designer bathrooms, 2 ensuite, modern furnitures, spacious semi level living room with view to the pool. Play area for kids or ekstra sleep.
This villa should have what you ask for in a vacation home. Only 30 min driving from the airport in Lisbon to Ericeira.

Small supermarket / bar / cafe / Butcher only 100 meters away.
The house is on one floor only, and has been totally renovated with the following: 4 Bedrooms with (3) double beds, including 1 annex in the wonderful backyard. 1 room with 2 bunkbeds. 3 bathrooms where 2 is "en suite". Maximum of 10 sleeps. 2 more is possible (12)
Spacious living room with dining area, view to the pool and endless sea view.
Fireplace, multi level to a exclusive modern fully equipped kitchen. Television flat screen with soundbar (Bluetooth) and several channels. + Chromecast for streaming your tv shows. Wifi supplied by fiber.
The house is designed with the frontside which has the infinity pool towards the sea and the sunset, the backyard "relax zone" is perfect for easy mornings and coffee. (Or if you just want some quiet and read a book while the kids are using the pool.)
Parking for 3-4 cars behind the gate (remote control)

Ericeira is a small fishing village about 44 km northwest of Lisbon. It is an idyllic little place out to the open Atlantic. Summary: Five women celebrating a milestone birthday stayed here for 6 nights. It was perfect. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped even though we ate out for most meals. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Driving distance to some of Portugal's top destinations. The view from the pool is just magical. Sofia, the property manager, was a text away to answer any questions - she is so friendly! I recommend this property for any groups looking for a place outside of Lisbon but with access to everything you want and need.

Summary: Two years in a row at a Casinha. Beautiful and extremely well equipped villa with fabulous views of the ocean. And Ericeira is such a lovely fishing town - lots of great restaurants and bars, and yet completely unspoilt. Would definitely recommend for families.

Summary: We stayed in this house for one week in August with our teenage daughters and could not find fault with it. The house is beautiful, has a clean, designers feel to it, and is very spacious. It is very complete and everything works perfectly, showers, appliances etc: all in good, new condition. There is a great gas BBQ outside as well. Obviously the big attraction is the wonderful pool and the magnificent ocean view: we witnessed 7 beautiful and different sunsets while we were there. It never tires! The pool itself is well maintained and has a great temperature. The location is in a residential area, quite near to a beach (10 mins walk, downhill), but beware it is quite a climb when you return to the house. To go to Ericeira town I would advise a car, although we did walk as well and it took us about 25 mins. Again: beware of the hills. There is a tiny shop down the road for all the essentials, but also a Lidl, Aldi and a local Portuguese supermarket at 4 mins driving. Ericeira is a very charming village, a famous surfing spot, we took surfing lessons, which was great fun. Town has many restaurants and bars and has a nice relaxed feel to it. And everywhere this great ocean view! For a day trip I'd recommend the Palacio in Mafra: a short drive away and certainly worth it. All in all I would certainly recommend staying in this wonderful house.

Summary: We loved the location and the house. Sophia is the excellent house manager and a lovely lady. Aksel is a adequate owner who respondes quickly to your needs. The house was cleand and spacious and modern. With 4 bedrooms. (minor detail the childern bedroom need a curtian) and 3 luxurious bathrooms. Washing machine is also available. The kitchen was really fully equiped and even had herbs and other left behind stuf (washing powder) ect. to use. We were allowed to use the beach towels. And we enjoyed the BBQ on the terrace. In the area you have MAFRA SINTRA and Lisabon is only 35 min away. Foz do Lizandro is around the corner with a lovely beach and restaurants and you can do some surfing (and Lessons) . We had a great stay.

Summary: Our stay here was absolute perfection. When we booked the villa the photographs looked beautiful and I was so happy upon our arrival to see that the property and views are even better in real life which I didn't think was possible! The view is breathtaking! The villa is beyond stunning! It is absolutely immaculate inside and so spacious! The beds are definitely 5 star, I am not the best sleeper but thanks to the uber comfortable and luxurious beds I had no problems sleeping on this holiday which was an absolute dream! Sofia who checks you in and shows you around is one of the nicest ladies I've met and gave us so much information about the local area and things to do! I have travelled a lot and usually do not like to return to the same place twice but I can 100% say I will definitely book this villa again as it is above and beyond perfect, it has absolutely everything you need for luxury family accommodation!
