Positive: A most charming host and a delightful studio apartment which could scarcely fail to please. Immensely comfortably appointed with some lovely period pieces of furniture from the 40s and 50s which add much to the character and charm of the accommodation. Could not be better positioned in the epicentre of Rubiera and immediately behind the fabulous Alvaro restaurant of legendary reputation. Indeed, the proprietor of Ermellina is no less than the granddaughter of Alvaro and has many an anecdote to recount of him and his family in their heyday. A jewel of a place to stay.
