Positive: The hotel is located in very beautiful place with brilliant sea view and fresh air! It's quiet and clean, with very kind personal!

Negative: Only thing what didn't like is that the poor parrot was locked up in such a small cage, I think that there is enough place to make a bigger cage to make him feel more free!

Summary: Good place to stay for few days!

Positive: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It has a great view to the beach. The staffs were also very kind. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Negative: I could hear some noises from other rooms.

Positive: Very friendly and kind staff, cozy place and we were offered with better room which had a sea view. Also breakfast was interesting. Despite I don't like hot temperature in the room but heating system was working really well.

Negative: Cigarette smell in room at the door entrance, a bit small bed for 2 people and uncomfortable thick pillows. The walls are quite thin and you can hear all neighbours around yourself as well as some party on the floor under. Fortunately it ended at midnight. This is just recommendation for the future to replace TVs because when you have wifi around, it will be also good to use it instead of the current solution where there is not much to watch for foreigners.

Positive: I have decided to stop in this hotel for one night on my transit to Montenegro and have chosen it as an option because I would like to stay not in Istanbul downtown but on the Black Sea coast and go swimming in the first half of the day before I take a cab bringing me to IST airport. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, everything was fine with necessary appliances inside and quality of WiFi. Breakfast represented a buffet with a perfect choice. The panoramic view on the shore and sea from the terrace where breakfast had been served was really terrific! The hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Negative: The room square was relatively small. Also the room rate was quite high in comparison with he same quality hotels in Istanbul's downtown but I guess that it was due to the location at Kilyos resort area.
