Positive: Great location, although the sea view is just a glimpse of the sea between the trees, and it's a little laborious to get to - but worth it for the peace and quiet. Very peaceful indeed.
Negative: Only two cups, few towels, shower head fell off. Toni promises to rectify. The stairs are lethal for children or the infirm, as there's no banister.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much.

Negative: No Air conditioning. Very difficult to sleep upstair due to the high temperatures. Also there was no washing machine for clothes although it was supposed to be one as per Booking.com information.

Positive: We enjoyed the tranquility and it was amazing to see black vultures flying above the Villa.
Negative: The track to the Villa is an experience and very long. You need to be careful and not one to drive in the dark

Positive: Interior is pleasant, clean with rustic charm
Negative: Track to the property is unpleasant, especially at night if you meet a local coming the other way. Few passing places. It makes coming and going a chore. Solid fuel (pellet) heating, no evidence of fire extinguishers (that we could find ) in kitchen or living room.....Boiler requires daily maintenance which would have benefitted from written instructions...
Summary: Not for us, booked for three nights, stayed for one.

Positive: The Finca is beautiful, peaceful and located right in the mountains. Prior to arriving Eric was very attentive and communicated with us well, the lovely Toni came to meet us in Soller with the keys and show us exactly where the property was located and how everything in the Finca worked . The decor is really sympathetic to the style of building and finished to a high standard with some really lovely pieces of antique and modern furniture. The property was spotless on arrival. There are a number of terraces to sit at different times of the day and a patio to enjoy the sunset. I was concerned about having no coverage on my phone but providing I was in the right place round the property it wasn't a problem. The area is very peaceful with mostly only mountain goats, sheep and a few very friendly donkeys nearby. I don't think the photographs do this place justice it is prettier than that in real life! Port de Soller is a 3 mile drive or an hour's walk away and Soller is nearby too.
Negative: The downside of this property is that it is located high up in the mountains and the roads to it are definitely not for the faint hearted!
Summary: Beautiful, peaceful Finca with breathtaking views!
