Amazing house at Bunyola outskirts, with a lovely garden and a salt swimming pool, where 6 guests will enjoy their hollydays with total privacy and peace.
Welcome to this beautiful house, with a private 8x4 salty swimming pool, with a deph ranging going from 1 to 1.70m, where you will swim while enjoying the wonderful landscape, the extraordinary views of the close mountains of the tramuntana close to Bunyola. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and you can sunbathe at one of the six hammocks. An external shower is ideal for a quick refresh. There is a fantastic covered terrace just close to the entrance, and a terrace covered with canes, both ideal places to enjoy a nice dinner with your loved ones. Also, you will love the little house beside this area equipped with a kitchen, barbecue and an oven!
The property, traditionally decorated, is divided in two floors. Just coming in, you will find an unified room composed by a living-room with a fireplace and satellite TV, the dining-room area and the big gas equipped kitchen, where you will find all the necessary amenities you might need to prepare your favourite dishes. From here there is a direct access outside. Obviously, there is an independent laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You dispose of a nice bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower as well on the same level. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the last one with two twin beds and direct access to a terrace. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe each and A/C. If you travel with a baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair on demand. There is gas central heating for the winter season.
Bunyola is a very quiet village located at La Serra de Tramuntana, very near to Palma city. From Bunyola, you can do different trips and routes around the Tramuntana area and its unforgettable villages around like Sóller, Biniaraix, Fornalutx, etc. Also, you will find all the necessary services you might need during your stay, like restaurants and bars, or supermarkets. We recommend a visit to Palma Cathedral, La Seu, and have a walk through the little streets full of flagstones at the old town, or go shopping.

Summary: We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. Great location with lovely towns nearby to visit & a short drive from the airport. We enjoyed our stay immensely & particularly loved the pool & table tennis outside areas. The villa inside is also lovely with a huge kitchen & large size bedrooms. Couldn’t fault this & would be more than happy to return anytime.

Summary: Myself and a few girlfriends stayed here for a wholesome girls trip and had such a lovely time at this villa! The home itself and the outdoor space were stunning, so much so that we often opted to stay at the villa to enjoy the beautiful pool, surroundings and amenities. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to have a later checkout. I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation!

Summary: We had an amazing week long stay at this house - it was even more beautiful than the pictures. Everything that could be needed was included. The host, Ramón, was extremely kind and friendly. The only drawback was that the adress as specified did not work and led us the wrong route late in the night. All in all, our best recomendations for this beautiful house.

Summary: Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, man kommt mit dem Auto überall recht schnell und gut hin. Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll und sauber eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, Geschirr und Besteck ist in Übermaß vorhanden, die Küche lädt zu gemeinsamen Kochabenden ein, man kann aber auch hervorragend Grillen oder eine Pizza backen (!). Die beiden Terrassen sind ideal für ein Frühstück oder Abendessen draußen. Der Garten ist ein Traum, sehr liebevoll und mit Herzblut von der Familie angelegt. Der Pool ist herrlich und auch gross genug um Kopfsprünge ins kühle Nass zu wagen. Die Outdoor Dusche ist ebenfalls herrlich. Für den Winter sind auch Kamine in der Villa vorhanden, alternativ kann man aber auch mit den Heizkörpern oder der Klimaanlage einheizen. Also man braucht sicher keine Angst haben zu frieren. Im Garten wohnen zahlreiche Singvögel und Schmetterlinge die man zur Entspannung beobachten kann. Zur Mittagszeit kann man mit Glück die Mönchsgeier in der Thermik beobachten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser liebevollen Familienvilla sehr genossen und können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen und wünschen der Familie alles erdenklich Gute! Vielen Dank dass ihr diesen schönen Ort teilt.

Summary: Die Finca ist ein Traum! Super gepflegt, sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden... Noch nie hatten wir eine so gute Ausstattung in der Küche, alles da! Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Man sollte allerdings daran denken etwas gegen die Moskitos einzupacken... Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts :) Alles gut!

Summary: Wir waren zwei befreuendete Familien für 7 Tage in der Finca, die uns allen sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage hat uns zugesagt, d.h. im ruhigen Hinterland ohne Nachbarn, aber dennoch mit dem (unerläßlichen) Mietwagen in einer guten Viertelstunde in Palma. DIe Ausstattung der Finca erschien uns sogar besser als im Internet ersichtlich: Der Pool ist groß und schön angelegt mit angenehmen (nicht zu salzigen) Salzwasser befüllt. Es befinden sich dort sehr viele Sitz und Liegegelegenheiten wie auch Spielsachen für den Pool (Bälle, Luftmatratzen etc.). Im weitläufigen Außenbereich befindet sich eine Außenküche mit freistehendem Grill, gemauertem Grill sowie Pizzasteinofen. Alles was Herz begehrt, sogar das getrocknete Holz für den Grill ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch finden sich viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich, beispielsweise auch zwei Hängematten. Für die Sportler ist auch eine Tischtennisplatte vorzufinden, die wir aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Im Innenbereich findet man eine sehr große gut ausgestattet Küche sowie geräumige, nette Schlafzimmer, die jeweils über Klimaanlagen verfügen. Der Side-by-Side Kühlschrank verfügt über eine Eismaschine. Man findet einen Flachbildschirm wie auch eine Mini-Stereo-Anlage, die wir gerne außen aufgebaut haben und abends wieder reingenommen haben. Auch waren die Betten für mich persönlich bequem, weil nicht zu weich. In Summe hat alles gepaßt. Nicht zuletzt sind die Vermieter (Ramon und Maria) sehr nett und hilfbereit. Wir würden jederzeit und gerne wiederkommen.
