Positive: We were 5 ladies stayed in this beautiful and well looked after house and had the best time in Mallorca! The communication with the host Lucas was so easy and smooth - we exchanged a couple of messages prior to our arrival and he waited us in the property to hand us the key to check in also helped us parking our car. He speaks very good English and was an amazing host! The house has literally EVERYTHING you need and huge! We comfortably stayed there and even with more people, it wouldn't have been a problem. We cooked two nights at home and didn't need to buy anything like salt/pepper/even olive oil/a lot of plates/glasses etc - there is a filtered water tap so you don't need to buy water which was amazing and loved the facility covered all we need. There are 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 bathrooms so it never felt crowded. The lounge has a big smart TV so we could connect our phone to Spotify to play music etc with a big sofa and lots of blankets just in case it gets colder at night. There is a dining table inside and outside, BBQ facility in the pretty garden too! The location is perfect as close to the city - 10mins drive and many beaches. We took a bus to get around one day which was super easy! And there is a big supermarket just a few mins drive away which was very convenient and made our dinner extra special. We would like to thank you to Lucas, the host, who made this holiday extra amazing. We will go back next year and the year after!

Negative: The narrow Road and very tight entrance. Not enough seats or and no comfortable ones outside. H No where for all to sit in lounge. One bed had no sheers ets for 2 days. The price was excessive.w

Positive: Property has all amenities covered and was spotless. Has a lovely courtyard and the house has been decorated with care and can cater from families or a group of friends. Location is next to Port and public transport into old town or central Palma is easy to navigate. Host was excellent and hope to return in the future.

Positive: Great place to stay with bigger company. Amazing backyard, lemon tree inside brought a lot of charm. We used every moment to spend time outside enjoying that yard. In the kitchen there was everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for great experience!
Negative: City center is around 40 min away by walking, so it should be taken to consideration.
