Positive: We stayed for just one night, so we couldn’t try all the facilities including the breakfast but the overall experience was excellent. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere with a lovely blend of Scandinavian and Mediterranean flair. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-arranged, with high-quality linen and towels. The location is great for sightseeing, and although getting to the airport requires two buses, the stops are conveniently nearby. Considering the location and amenities, the pricing felt fair—and we truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Highly recommended!
Negative: We haven't noticed a coffee machine/ water kettle in the room, this may be appreciated plus.
Summary: Welcoming atmosphere, highly recommended!

Positive: Beautiful decor throughout. It’s all very clean and elegantly styled. The breakfast has to be one of the best I’ve had in such a hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The swimming pools are both splash pools rather than really for swimming.
Summary: Great location and stunningly styled and modern.

Positive: Lovely hotel, about 10-15 min by taxi to centre. Usually we stayed in different part of Palma, but taxis 5-6€ which makes it easy. Great breakfast, good selection and you have a choice of sitting outside or inside. Really nice restaurant 3-5 min away called Brutus, this is just personal recommendation, they brilliant. We had a sea view rooms and they both were great.
Negative: I think I was charged city tax at the hotel, When I paid it all when booking the room, when I tried to explain that all taxes and charges included in the price I paid, lady gone in to details where city tax go and what for. I thought it’s not much and did not argue this. Otherwise this should not affect any holiday

Positive: The very kind and helpful the staff, the situation of the hotel which was much better than I thought when I arrived, the great breakfast, the very laid back atmosphere. I had a very big room with a balcony on the first floor, the sea view only hindered by trees on the place opposite the hotel :-).
Negative: The Hotel cannot do much here: To find a parking for my rental car was a challenge. There is a parking just opposite the hotel, but this, one must say, costs 26,- Euro per day. Not very suitable for SUVs ...
Summary: Great stay in a very nice and laid back place!
