Positive: The airco was very good, the kitchen facilities were very good and the shower was nice. The bus connection to Nice was good, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

Negative: The neighborhood is bad. Don’t book this apartment if you’re by car, your car isn’t safe along the street and there is basically a parking-fight 24/7. If you leave your spot, it takes about 30 seconds before it’s filled by someone else.

Summary: Good apartment with nice facilities. Bad parking.
