Summary: The location is perfect! One thing my children and I were very excited about was the pool, it was very neat in that it’s roof top and only 3.5ft everywhere (even in the hot tub side), it also has a bench around the perimeter. It was the most relaxed I’ve been able to be with my new swimmers all summer. The condo itself was well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Check in was a little hectic, just make sure you read their arrival instructions very well and it won’t be as tricky. I took off for cleanliness because of the property, not the condo itself. The hallways needed vacuumed pretty bad on our floor. Also there was quite a bit of trash in the parking garage from lazy people.

Summary: Very clean, nice pool area with great views, comfortable beds, very basic kitchen. Really needed a spatula, and a few basic spices and extra trash bags would be really helpful. The bathroom cupboard needs the hinges adjusted. No cord available for the hot water pot. Since their were 3 of us, an extra set of keys would of been really more convenient. Otherwise, we had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood and the trolley

Summary: Overall, this was a fantastic stay. We loved that there were two rooms. There was plenty of space for our kids to run around and the location truly could not me beat. It was a neat building and we enjoyed our stay here. A few minor concerns unique to parents of young kids: one of my girls found a pill of some sort on the floor. Luckily she didn't put it in her mouth, but that was concerning. I also suggested a dead bolt or chain be added to the door as it was very easy for our kids to unlock and open the door. The pool was closed, but the listing did note that may be the case. I would defiantly stay here again. Just some things to be attentive too.

Summary: We met friends in KC for a weekend of catching up. The property accommodated our needs for the weekend. It is stocked with the basics, no extras, but that worked fine for our needs. The building security was exceptional and we appreciated that. Location was great for dining, Farmers Market, Power and Light District, and other shopping as it was located right on the Trolly route (Free travel). We would stay at this VRBO again.

Summary: The location was great! Walkable with lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It was not as clean as I was hoping for (dusty and shelving in the closets was broken) but overall would still stay there again.

Summary: If you are going to the power and light district, this is the place to stay. Beautiful place, within walking distance, or use the free train. There is plenty around here to do. We plan to use this again when we come back next time.
