Summary: Incredible farmhouse with soaring ceilings, eclectic decor and perfect amenities for a relaxing weekend outside of Athens. Screened in porch, hot tub, open kitchen, large property and on a sleepy dirt road made for a perfect HQ for graduation weekend. Stacee was a great communicator. We only wish we were coming back again!

Summary: First of all, we stay at rental properties quite often all over the country. This was hand down, the BEST experience we've ever had with a rental. Not only was this exactly as described, it was larger than the pictures show. Not only that, the phenomenal communication from the host made sure we had the best stay we possibly could. This isn't your typical rental. This house is completely fully stocked with most anything you'd ever need. You only need to bring the food you plan on eating. Even if you dont, you're within 5 miles of a grocery store and less than 20 minutes from town with an outlet mall and any shopping you might want to do. There are tons of childrens activities with books and board games and crafting supplies. Outside, the hot tub, soccer goal, custom built play house with hula hoops and a sand pit. There is a whole lot of room outside for the kids (or adults if thats your thing) to run around and play ball or just go wild. We wanted a place to unwind between christmas and new year with all of our children and this was the perfect spot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 10/10 would book this again.

Summary: We absolutely love staying here. So much so that I don’t want to let anyone know about our secret game weekend spot. The house is comfortable, the kitchen is perfect for cooking and hanging with friends and family! A great place to come back to after the game and relax if the crowds aren’t for you in Athens.

Summary: This place is just such a joyful place to stay. Great for families with kids because of the playground and room to run. Decor is so warm and inviting. Very private and host is so accommadating. Would stay here again a million times over!

Summary: This house was perfect for our stay. We were in town to celebrate the graduations of my daughter and her boyfriend, and this retreat gave us a home base to gather. We brought our 2 Weiner dogs, and they had a wonderful time. It was nice for the city pups to be free. The house has everything you could possibly need for a great family stay. Even though our time at UGA is done, the family wants to return to the farm for a stay with Staccee and David. Hope to be back soon and thanks for everything!

Summary: The Farm was so cozy and warm, a perfect getaway for our busy Family. We have four teenagers and a small dog and wanted to have some quiet family time and the farm was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, played games, watched movies traveled to Athens and Madison on day trips. Stacee was wonderful to work with and provided everything we needed. We made so many great memories and would definitely come back and stay. Thank you......

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Farm. Well stocked, comfortable, and character for days! Love that our furry family members could enjoy the farm with us. Our kids enjoyed the kids wing with all the treasures for them to enjoy. The only thing better than the huge kitchen was the 2-story master suite. Not every property can accomplish kid-friendly and romantic so perfectly, but Stacee and David make it happen at the Farm!
