Summary: This was our third stay at the Herndon House and just as great as the first. Melissa is a wonderful host who makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. This truly is our home away from home and we can’t wait to be back in the spring!

Summary: This was the second time we’ve stayed at the Herndon House and it was just as wonderful this time around. Melissa is very helpful and always makes sure we have everything we need to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Summary: The house was situated in a quiet area of town but, was in walking distance of shops and restuarnts. The house was super clean and had everything (and them some) we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and chair in livingroom with fire place. We loved the screened in porch with lights, that were on a timer (perfect timing). Over all, this was a wonderful stay and we will book again.

Summary: The Herndon House is a beautiful, comfortable and charming home in Royston. The care taken in the restoration and attention to detail were notable throughout the house. Melissa was accessible and generous with her information and deep knowledge of the surrounding areas. We will be back and look forward to staying here and connecting with Melissa again. Go Dawgs!!

Summary: Host was amazing. She kept in contact throughout our stay. We arrived to a goodie basket filled with snacks and playing cards for us to use along with some breakfast items, milk and bottled water for us to enjoy during our stay. Home was larger than expected! Property is in a quiet neighborhood and very well maintained. We will definitely be back!
