Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting our son at Tech. Our dogs especially loved romping around in the tall grass, on the trails and in the ponds. The house is updated beautifully while still leaving the feel of an old farmhouse. Loved our stay, hope to return again in the future.

Summary: Exactly the farmhouse we hoped for. Kids and dogs were able to run, internet kept them happy in the evenings after watching the stars, property is gorgeous! A+++ All around, owners are great people and take pride in their sloce of heaven

Summary: We absolutely loved the farmhouse and surrounding property, so many places to explore! We enjoyed wandering the the trails; found a huge swath of thimbleberries (yum) then spent the rest of that afternoon bird watching by the pond nearest the house (Merlin app identified some pretty rare birds nearby, we saw a few!), and finished up with a bonfire and some stargazing. If you're looking for some peace and quiet, look no further. This is it. So glad we found this place, we cant wait to come bqck!

Summary: Spent 8 days in a little secluded corner of paradise. The lack of internet and a strong cell signal was a blessing and not a curse as we listened to the wind blowing through the trees and cooked hot meals and explored the property and the Keweenaw Peninsula with our two dogs who were mightily impressed with all the room. Can’t say enough great things about this property. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Summary: Nice to relax on the porch after a busy day of traveling and boating on the Peninsula. Kitchen well supplied, comfortable beds with linens and towels. Enjoyed walking on the cut paths around the proberty.

Summary: The stay was overall pretty pleasant. The property is beautiful! Lots of space and really thoughtfully mowed to allow for walks and exploring. Which our pups and us took advantage of. There was some unfortunate construction of the road right outside the property that made the stay less relaxing but the owner could not control that. The owners have taken great effort to provide creature comforts to a cute but older farmhouse. The master bedroom is huge, we did not use the other 2 bedrooms. The property provides lots of fans which kept the house more than comfortable. We had an incident where the hot water went out but it was fixed very quickly. We also accidentally left some important things behind and the owner mailed them to us as quickly as they could, which was truly appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked and was easy to use for basic meals, no dishwasher though.
