Summary: This was an amazingly fun property for our family of 7 grandchildren, age 19mo to 12 years old, and their parents. The yard is large and well maintained, with playground equipment. The lake water level was very low, but in November dock fishing was fun for the kids. Inside the foosball table and shuffleboard table kept everyone entertained. The bar has a large ice maker...so important for large gatherings. The kitchen is so well stocked, we could have cooked our Thanksgiving feast without bringing anything extra. Maybe kitchen towels, which we did. We loved our stay here.

Summary: We had a group of 15 adults. Everyone slept in beds. The house central area was perfect for visiting, mingling and dining together. We were extra impressed with the kitchen, everything you would need and want. Really made these large meals easy. Ice machine was another great item to have. Lakeside patio is huge and we hung out there a lot. The property and huge, mature trees (shade!!!) was great! The group enjoyed the games in the great room and passed the time when it was raining. All beds we’re comfortable. Gate worked easily. Process to check out was as easy as it gets.

Summary: The space works well for children. From the playground equipment outside and the shaded yard to the large open room to run around, and the lake for swimming - there was plenty to keep kids occupied. Great for adults too! Fantastic bar set-up and week stocked kitchen. If you want to enjoy the lake you will need to rent a boat or kayaks, or bring your own. Same with flotation devices and tubes. We would definitely return.

Summary: We had such a great time at this property! Our trip could not have been any better. The house is amazing and the backyard is even better. The huge shade trees and lush green grass were wonderful. Fishing off the dock was incredible. We caught several very large small mouth buffalo, crappie, white bass, drums, catfish. So much fun! The shuffleboard in the house was a huge hit with the whole group. The property manager was very kind and helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend this property, we will definitely be back!

Summary: This property had it all and is great for kids of all ages and adults. We loved that it had an industrial size ice maker on the property. The kids loved the swing set, shuffle board and foosball. I do wish there were whips on the dock so we could have stored our boat on the property vs. having to get it from the marina daily but we will be back regardless.

Summary: Pros: This house has a great kitchen! it has everything you need to cook. laundry room is incredibly well stocked. great location, great dock, impressive back yard with swings. Cons: The hoyse is very old, has a funky smell. Furtiture configuration is very "frat house". I think bedrooms need to have carpet renoved and better bedding, full bathrooms are far, on the opposite of the bedrooms. two bedrooms share a bath, in the hallway. these two bedrooms fit 11 people, whi h need to share a bathroom. Bedroom 4 is close to the gate, no wifi and no heating. the tiny heater does not heat the bedroom, so our guests had to move and sleep in the livingroom where the cold front hit. I would stay here again, if we found a family to share expenses since the house is 1,000 a day.

Summary: Very good house for entertaining large groups of adults or families. Excellent property with lots of privacy. The private boat ramp and dock makes things very easy for boating. The ramp also serves for good overflow parking. Will definitely use again.
