Summary: It was a perfect get away for our entire extended family to stay during our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse University. There was a good mix of generations from young toddlers to my elderly parents and accommodations worked well. We especially enjoyed the sunroom overlooking the lake to hang out and relax. The distance to Syracuse University events was around 45 minutes which was reasonable and the only difficult part was needing to leave early in morning to graduation events to avoid traffic and get good seats for a large group of people. Overall I would recommend it highly.

Summary: The Bernhards Bay Manor House was a very comfortable house for our large extended family. The house and grounds were clean and well-maintained. Our host was friendly and very gracious. We will stay at the Manor House again next time we're in the Oneida Lake area.

Summary: Very private, expansive property and a beautiful view. Home is quite dated, but clean. The beds were uncomfortable and alot of stairs if you have small children and/or older people with health issues. Backyard and patio is perfect for bonfires and gatherings.

Summary: This home is like a mansion on a hilltop, with beautiful trees on the property and a beautiful lake view in front. We had nightly firepits with good conversation and marshmallows, daily excursions over gorgeous countryside, and a peaceful spot to relax if that's all we wanted to do. We even had daily visits from a great blue heron and a bald eagle!

Summary: The pictures don't do the actual property justice. It's actually much larger than it appears on the site. So much space for family and friends. It has everything you need inside and out.

Summary: While looking for a new location for our group fishing club, I lucked upon this property. There are 7 of us with two vehicles and three trucks with boats & trailers. While dealing with Claudia to ensure this property would accommodate our needs, I found her to be very rapid and friendly with responses to my questions so we booked it. Upon arriving for our stay, we found a warm environment fulfilling all our needs which is no easy task. What few questions we had concerning this property were handled promptly, addressing them completely. Overall we could not have asked more from this property or Claudia.

Summary: Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse university. About 30 minutes away. Loved the property. Clear directions and commutative host. Accommodated all our family members. Shopping not close so you have to plan. We planned well ahead and everything was smooth. Overall wonderful!!!
