Summary: We have a camp in Sylvan Beach but our water is still off for winter so we choose Julie's property for a quick overnight stay.Impeccably clean and toasty warm on a cold night we had a great stay.

Summary: The property was very close to the beach and was very clean and cared for. The TV's in both the main room and bedroom were very nice. Solid stay, would recommend to any 1 or 2 person group looking to stay near the beach and Turning Stone or Lake House Casino.

Summary: This is our third time staying at this little place. We have an anxious dog that we cant leave home and they are so accomodating with our pet. We returned over Christmas for my father's funeral and Julie, the owner, was so kind to make sure our dog was comfortable when we were away at the service. A great, comfortable clean little place with everything you need for a short home away from home

Summary: Extremely clean and cozy stay. Climate controled, and perfect amounts of comforts of home. Sylvan Beach and area were perfect to stay busy at reasonable cost and a relaxing pace for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed a short trip to Turning Stone casino, and other smaller sister casinos, one located right in Sylvan Beach. Julie our host even left food for feeding on sight ducks. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
