Eslyn is a charming five bedroom, five bath villa that provides a full staff, air-conditioning, and freshwater pool in a lovely private and safe setting. Located just across the street from a lovely white sand beach and from Jewel Resort in Runaway Bay ... and just a five minute walk from the Superclubs Golf Course, makes this a prime location for a villa vacation! Just down the beach there is a water sports center and a seaside bar and cafe for daytime enjoyment and for a true Jamaican experience for Sunset happy hour and evening meals.
*Our rates start at at 2 persons / 1 bedroom per night. The rate varies based on how many persons are in your party with a maximum of 2 persons per bedroom.
Walk out from your bedroom to the terrace and private pool. Eslyn Villa has many features that will make your stay very comfortable - each bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV, Satellite TV, Apple TV, Internet Access, VCR, radio, CD player and cassette player as well as iPod Dock. The villa also has a security system.
Holiday time shouldn't include cooking! Eslyn Villa supplies a cook to look after your meals. Simply plan your menu and the times you would like your meals served. Experience your first cup of blue mountain coffee and enjoy breakfast served poolside! (the cost of food is not included)
Children are welcome and babysitting can be arranged. Eslyn is rented out with an extra person fee over 2 guests, making it affordable for large and small groups. Two roll-away beds are available if requested in advance. Bedrooms that are not used are simply closed off and the rest of the villa is yours exclusively.
Jewel Beach Resort: All inclusive resort- 5 minute walk from Eslyn Villa , Waterpark available for for adults and young children from 9:30am-5pm. who are not staying at the resort. Daily pass available.

Dunn's River Falls: Famous and most beautiful natural waterfalls. Refreshing climb up the falls. 20-minute drive. Wear swimsuits and sneakers, climb the falls with guides.
Montego Bay Golf: only 45 minutes drive from here. Spend the day at one of Jamaica's championship golf courses Ritz Carlton White Witch, Rose Hall Resort and Country Club, Cinnamon Hill Golf, Half Moon Golf Club.
Five Star Watersports: Evening cruises, Dunns River Falls Cruise, Cool Runnings and Carnival party cruise. Cruise includes Snorkeling gear, open bar with rum punch, Red Stripe Beer, Pepsi, fruit punch and water etc. May also have buffet style dinner on board with Jerk Pork, Steak and local favourites.

Summary: We had an awesome time at Eslyn Villa! The home is comfortable and the yard is beautiful!This is a great space for a relaxing private vacation. Our own pool and a bathroom for each bedroom was so convenient for my privacy. Having Mrs P to cook our meals was the icing on the cake...yummy!! Beautiful lady!Spent a week with a group of ladies and it was perfect for our needs. The beach was a short walk as is the groceries and other shops for your needs. I will definitely be booking again!!

Summary: The owner of Villa Eslyn makes staying at this villa so worthwhile. From the initial inquiry to immediately upon our departure Mr. Emanuel worked diligently to make sure we had all the information we needed to complete our Travel Authorization forms. The Jamaican Tourist board did not have Eslyn Villa listed as an approved location in the Resilient Corridor; however, (in what seems like a hundred emails and he always responded in less than 30 minutes) Mr. Emanuel went so far as to provide us with a copy of his COVID compliance certificate certifying his villa as fully inspected and safe. This was a lifesaver because, without it, we would have been required to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival on the island. The information he provided was so critical, the Jamaica Tourist board updated their website and our arrival at customs was so easy. The villa is immaculate and beautiful. It is a few minutes walk from the beach but the private pool made it so easy to vacation right at the villa. The villa is in the heart of everything, close enough to the attractions and most importantly in the Resilient corridor so it was easy to still sightsee and meet the Jamaican Tourist Board requirements. Ms. Beverly the house manager and the gardner were both super helpful and responsive. They respected our privacy but were available whenever we needed them. The island dishes Ms. Beverley made for us were so tasty. I wish we had more than four days and we plan to return with our family. We only used two bedrooms during this stay and we were given our choice when we arrived; however, there is enough room for our entire family to return for our family vacation. If you are dreaming of a restful and comfortable island vacation with a super host and caretakers, you cannot go wrong choosing Eslyn Villa.

Summary: I've stayed at this villa twice. once in sep 2009 and jan 2010 and both times were pleasurable. it is directly across the street from breezes and a short walk away from the private beach. the villa is clean and comfy with a private pool and the grounds are kept very nice. the furniture is a little dated but i haven't stayed anyplace in jamaica that wasn't especially when compared to the states. while it is true, you are responsible for certain items e.g. toilet tissue, if you run out the housekeeper will provide it to you if necessary. the housekeeper is helpful as well although i didn't need to use her services as i was there visiting friends who were able to take me around. the owner is always helpful and responsive to any questions you may have via email or phone. the beds are made daily and the towels are replaced daily. the sheets are not replace every day but i didn't have a problem with that since it was only me. there is a beach bar called Flavors down the road or you can walk up the beach to it. also, this area was policed by tourist police on bikes. it's a nice place to stay if you do not want to stay at an all-inclusive resort and would like to explore the true essence of Jamaica.

Summary: I met the owner at my place of employment and was hesitant to book his villa...boy, I'm glad I did! We stayed with 3 children ages 9,6 and 2. There were 9 adults in total and we ALL had a fabulous time! The staff was incredible. They were up making porridge for my toddler son before we could even make it to the kitchen!! How wonderful is that??? Breakfast and dinners were delish and filling to the point of no snacking in between or after...the ladies of Eslyn Villa made our stay a real vacation...thank you endlessly...

Summary: We stayed at Eslyn Villa for the first time, and we will be going back there in a few Month. The hospitality was excellent, the food was to die for, the best Jamaican food you could ever eaten. Not to talk of the cleanness, the beds, the bathrooms, the kitchen and all over. The grounds are lovely. To put it all together its just a wonderful place to stay. A home away from home. Love it !!!!

Summary: Our stay as Eslyn Villas was great!!!! We woke up every morning to fresh ackee and salt fish, breadfruit etc. Lourice and Chloe were excellent housekeepers. They gave a warm welcome and were like part of the family. There food was the best!!!!! Very courteous!!!! Oh, the Villa. The Villa was nice and accomodating. Clean, the surroundings were nice. Right across the street from the beach with private beach accomodations. We had a blast!!!

Summary: We had a family vacation - 8 adults and 5 small children and had plenty of room. The house was lovely and the outside eating areas were great. We felt safe and secure in our location and we had two staff members there all the time with a third during the day. Our cook, Laurice, was wonderful. She not only was an excellent cook but she helped with any and all needs we had. The housekeeper kept everything spotless. We rented the 12 passenger van and our driver helped us with all the right places to go. The front porch had a cool breeze all day and the yard was great for the kids to play. There were two things that needed attention. The washer was broken and was not being repaired and one of the bedrooms could use new matresses. All in all I would recommend this villa for families who want private time and well as group time.

Summary: What can I say about our stay at the Eslyn Villa....one word to describe it was fantastic. The house is well kept and the people working there are more than happy to make sure time spent there is a wonderful experience. Located just minutes away from the beach was a dream come true. No worries about travel to get to some water and sand its merely footsteps away. The in house cook was amazing...she was making all the traditional jamaican meals to perfection. As for the owner he is a true gentlemen and will go out of his way to make sure that you are happy. Whoever decides to stay here wont regret it!
