Positive: Nice location - very close to the town market but not quite in the center. I expect it would be the perfect location if you stay in Vilanova during a noisy event. Some 3 supermarkets just down the street, including a small Espiga d'Or (I strongly recommend trying them out if you like bakeries, but head to the bigger one in the center, not the one in the supermarket). Also 3 or 4 great Frutas i Verduras shops that I've seen also down the street. The apartment was nice and spacious, with a nice terrace.

Positive: The host very kindly let us park our car before we checked in and we were also able to check in early, which was a great help. The property is very clean with a lovely sunny balcony. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is compact but well equipped. The apartment is in a nice residential area with local shops and bars and a nice 15 minute walk to the beach or 10 minutes into the centre of town.

Negative: Nothing not to like.

Summary: Lovely place to stay.

Positive: The location of the accommodation is good in that there is a café with a bakery and a fruit and vegetable shop across the road. The location is generally quiet, with quiet streets both day and night. There is a fish shop in the building where you can buy other small items, but not groceries, which are a little further away, about a 5-10 minute walk, but that's still fine. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the sea and a similar distance from the city center. It's still an acceptable location if you walk like we do. The apartment itself is very well equipped. What I appreciate most is the separate kitchen, where you will find coffee, tea, and plenty of dishes, as well as a dishwasher. I was most pleasantly surprised by the bathroom, which has a very good shower and is modernly equipped, including a washing machine. You will also find plenty of cleaning products for washing dishes and laundry. You will also find a smaller parasol by the water for 2 people and you don't have to pay on the beach. The apartment is large enough for 4-5 people, for a family. Separate master bedroom and children's room + living room with large TV screen. The internet is fine. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and its amenities. I also liked the balcony, which is equipped for relaxation and is large enough for sitting or hanging laundry. The windows are very well shaded, which you will appreciate especially in Spain, and they are remote-controlled. Good - powerful air conditioning in the living room is also a nice touch and can cool down the entire apartment. What I really appreciate is the host's approach to departure – check-out was just as we wanted :) Due to our specific needs, which we have justified, this is not a matter of course. Thank you for that. Overall, I can say that we were satisfied. The minor shortcomings should not bother anyone particularly. Overall, it is good value for money, and we can express our overall satisfaction.

Negative: Some people might miss air conditioning in the children's room and bedroom (there is air conditioning in the living room), as there are only fans. However, this did not bother us at all, because the air conditioning in the living room was powerful enough to cool the other rooms (if you leave them open), mainly thanks to the layout of the apartment. Deliveries to the store in your building may wake you up in the morning, but I must say that it is not very common since the store only sells fish, so it is acceptable. But it is most common in Spain, especially in the city center.

Positive: Comfortable apartment well equipped (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, AC and fans). The location is good, not far from the beaches and the city center, with easy parking in the streets

Negative: Not very well maintained. The clothesline was rusty, remote controls for tv and fan didn't work as the batteries were dead, the italian shower didn't work due to limescale. But the property manager was very responsive. So, we enjoy our stay

Positive: Very helpful and responsive host. No problem even helping to receive and send an important package :) Beds were extremely comfortable and sunshades on windows very useful. Airconditioning to get the comfortable temperature. Playgrounds for children and choice of supermarkets very close. If you have a car, then parking garage is super convenient to use with good price.

Negative: Some noise sometimes from the streets in the evenings, but nothing too much. The couch in the living room was not too comfortable to sit on.

Positive: The location. The terrace. Make sure you visit the town center and beach and also try the restaurants. Cosy apartment with everything you need. Fair money value for the conditions offered.

Negative: The smell of the beds sheets and pillows inadmissible. Hot water pressure from boiler is enough for 2 people to shower not 4. Old furniture.
