Summary: The staff were very helpful although there was confusion regarding breakfast. Upon check in we were told it was included. But when we went to the restaurant the next morning we were told it wasn’t. When we asked the lady on the front desk (who told us it was included on check in) her response was pretty frosty and unhelpful. Perhaps it was a language issue. But just a little embarrassing as we were made to feel uncomfortable in the middle of restaurant and front desk while trying to sort out the confusion.

Summary: The hotel was very well located. Reception team and bar staff roof terrace very friendly and professional. Massage very good. Disappointing g you had to pay to use the pool.

Summary: Wonderful hotel centrally located for shopping and sightseeing. As others have mentioned, the service is outstanding from check in, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff too. The breakfast is fantastic - there is an extensive menu to order from but they are happy to customize for your needs. Little touches like sleeping masks, pillow spray, chocolates every evening make it a special place to stay. Highly recommend!!
