Positive: Good Wi-Fi, a nice breakfast and dinner buffet, very good housekeeping and a clean room. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Some staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, especially Yulia at the spa reception.
Negative: The service was extremely disappointing for a hotel of this price. - Reception: The staff were generally cold and not proactive. I constantly felt that I had to pull basic information out of them rather than being properly assisted. Even basic information about the hotel was often unclear or inconsistent. Nobody seemed to know the actual opening time of the rooftop pool. - Room: I booked a standard double room and later found out that all rooms in this category have a connecting door to the neighbouring room. This was not mentioned anywhere during booking, despite being a very important detail. There is virtually no soundproofing, and hearing noise through a wall and through a connecting door are two completely different things. I could hear my neighbours' TV as if it were playing in my own room. When their child started crying, it genuinely sounded as if the child was crying in my room. When I asked to change rooms, I was offered an upgrade for €25 per night. I declined — I would never have paid for a room with a connecting door, and I don't think guests should have to pay extra to avoid one. - Spa: Guests are simply told that a swimming cap is mandatory and that they have to buy one for €3. This could easily be communicated in advance. It feels unnecessarily rude to give guests no choice but to pay for something they were never told they needed. - Restaurant: The staff often seemed inexperienced and lacking basic hospitality skills. For example, when a guest accidentally took a glass from the wrong place, a member of staff repeatedly called out “Ehhh, ehhh!” instead of simply saying “Excuse me, sir.” It was extremely unprofessional. - Other details: There were no menstrual products available, which I would expect from a hotel of this level. It was also my birthday during my stay, and the hotel seemed completely unaware. I did not expect anything special, but even a simple birthday note or acknowledgement would have been a nice touch.

Positive: Everything. The roof top lounge/pool was wonderful. The whole property was immaculate. Staff was so very friendly.
Negative: Clarification of all the amenities...spa, roof top, etc. A booklet in the room with map and descriptions.. Explain better "all included" versus not.

Negative: Check out time flexibility. We wanted check out time extended by 2 hours but they wanted to charge us 45 euro for 6-7hours which is not what we asked for.
