Positive: Adorable cottage, well stocked with books and games and bbq and w&d as well as kitchen things of every description, linens, and toiletries. TV in every room and working wifi. Very clean! Perfect for 2-3 couples. Unobstructed view of the estuary and ocean. Nice, quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Fire pit, deck, & chairs were great in the evenings. Sun room is cool! North end of prom within walking distance. Weird/cool little private-type beach to walk right in front of the house.
Negative: Cable wasn't hooked up, just streaming channels. Beds were way too soft; many people with back issues prefer a firmer option. Impressively cheap paper products.
Summary: It was a nice place to stay with friends.

Positive: As soon as you enter this beautiful cottage you feel at home, this vacation rental is one of the cleanest and most well equipped that we have stayed in. Everything is so thoughtfully thought through. last but not least the view's are stunning. We hope we will be back soon.

Positive: Estuary Cottage is a great place to stay. The views of the estuary and the ocean beyond are stunning. We came in and saw a bald eagle on a piece of driftwood next to the estuary right away. There are two rooms upstairs and one downstairs. I chose the downstairs room due to needing to avoid stairs. All had bathrooms nearby. Every room had a TV which worked out well. The living room was comfortable for lounging. The glassed in sun porch was lovely and sunny. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking things.
Negative: I was surprised there were no coffee filters or little extras like coffee. Upon leaving we needed to call to find out how to use the lockbox to deposit the key. The location was in a quiet neighborhood so if you want to walk downtown or be near a livelier spot this isn't for you. For us it was great.
