Positive: Loved the energy of the place. The host and staff are very friendly. Great assortment of drinks and the pool is sparkling clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Positive: The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I didn’t have a single piece of cutlery nor cooking utensils. And they somehow managed to find enough for me and my family of eight. Thank you! The night sky, sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. But honestly, top notch staff. Please also note it’s a camp. Not a 5 star hotel yet,The Rondavels were my favourite surprise. So well set up and neat.
Negative: Bugs. So many insects. Of course absolutely nothing you can do about that. But just a warning to anyone who visits. Be prepared. And keep your doors closed !!
Summary: Best Service in Namibia.

Negative: Dinner price, no credit card, only cash. No hot water in the bathroom. This is not an hotel, but a camping which proposes 2 basic rooms in a house close to the tents.

Positive: We actually booked a tent but because of the heavy rainfall we got an upgrade for free to use the rooms. Also the communication before arriving was so good, they really made sure that we are arriving safely even late check in would have been possible. Dinner was extraordinary. We had a lot of food (also vegetarian food) and sunset view. The family is really friendly and heartwarming. We can definitely recommend this place.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to accommodate us, including coming up with veggie options at the last minute. the area was beautiful, our room was very comfortable, and everyone we met was so welcoming.
Negative: The location is very remote, but this was to be expected, so it wasn’t such a bad thing.
Summary: The most welcoming hosts in Namibia, fully recommend staying here

Positive: Most adventurous way to get to Etoko Farm, at least when you are using just a regular car and not a 4WD ;-). It is really in the middle of nowhere with no distraction and just the personnel and some people from the villages around. We loved the tradion of "holy fire", sitting outside, watching at the Brandberg and talking with the locals. To find this place is a bit tricky, but we asked for the way and have got a good description. Pls. note, that there is NO WIFI and not very simple to get hot water for shower. So do just expect kind of outback in Nambia - which we expected and therefore were very satisfied with this place :-) And the food was great, too! Nancy did a great job, thank you!!!

Negative: I enjoyed my stay everthing was superb..nothing i didnt like.
