Negative: The bathroom was not very clean, had old equipments and the hot water boiler didn't do a very good job. The bathroom door was not cleaned in ages. The room table was also not very clean.

Positive: Clean facilities, well equipped with all you can need during your stay. Very fast response from staff, who were very friendly and really wanted to help. The two swimming pools were clean and there are enough sun beds. Great sea view from our room.
Negative: Limited parking on location, which even if paid in advance does not guarantee spot on premises. One of the evenings we had to park at an alternative location approximately 15 minutes walking distance away.

Positive: It was wonderful to spend two weeks with my loved one in peace. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of people, this is the best place. Walking along the sea embankment, we were almost alone in the whole city. At the same time, we went to the thermal springs and shopped in the supermarket at the neighboring resort Konstantin and ElenaYu, it takes 16 minutes to get there.
Negative: The air conditioner on the balcony is very noisy, but we rarely turned it on.
Summary: Wonderful stay both in summer and winter

Positive: I liked the apartment, all we needed was in the building, the pool, the spa the fitness centre, the bar, restaurant e.t.c, there were supermarkets around, and the apartment has a very nice beach view 😎, and a very good and fast Internet, the staffs were so friendly and helpful l, and also mr Radomir was very kind and helpful to us my family and I enjoyed our stay
Negative: The sleeping coach in the living room wasn't so comfortable, but the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable

Positive: The building, the outdoor pool, the location from ouside and the fact that i was able to have an early check-in
Negative: The furniture was old and in a rather bad condition, i could not find the hair drier if there was any, the shower watter had low presure, there were spider nets in the corners of the room and next to the bed.
