Positive: The location was good to walk around through Jerez, also if you rented a car just a few meters from the hotel there is an underground parking lot. Rooms are a bit small but enough to have a good rest.

Positive: location was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. We requested a room change which they did with no fuss! Nice choice of hot or cold breakfast but don't worry if you don't go for that option, there's a cracking bakery literally next door!
Negative: we stayed for 1 night at the beginning of the week and then returned later for 2 nights. We had booked the same room type both times but the difference in the rooms we were given was quite startling. First night stay was good but our room allocation for the second part definitely wasn't 4*! our top floor room was tiny, dingy and the bed was very small for a double. We asked to be moved to the room next door which was much bigger, lighter with better furniture! for some reason some rooms have complimentary water and others don't? Only issue was TV didn't work and our kettle didn't work either! At this point we were too tired to complain and we were on our way home the next day!

Negative: There are issues with the breakfast. Sub par…just one person to look after things and she was not very helpful

Positive: The location is nice, breakfast was also very good, reception staff spoke good english. Welcoming drinks in the lobby and some sweets available as well
Negative: No restaurant in house, the value for money was not that good - quite expensive compared to other options in Jerez, nearby. For the same price (110€ in February 25) I wouldn´t book again, if the price was below 100€ I would consider it. Around 80€ immediately

Positive: Location excellent, friendly helpful staff. Good value for first two nights. Very quiet and spacious room
Negative: Bathroom in need of a refurb. Breakfast had no eggs to order and fresh fruit could be improved. Price for third night (Friday) three times price for first two nights! Made overall price for three nights a bit expensive. No mention when booking that building work going on on floor above.
Summary: Good location for short visit to Jerez but needs a bit of improvement.
