This new duplex with terrace and garage, is located in the historic center of Jerez, next to the Church of San Miguel and 900m from the Town Hall. Only 5 minutes walk from the center. The house has 2 bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace of 61m2. In total the duplex has a capacity for 4 people in a useful area of 130m2.
From its terrace, facing south, you can see the Port of Santa María, with its beautiful beaches and where you can take a ferry to visit the capital, Cádiz.
In Jerez we must visit its wineries, the Cathedral, the Alcazar, its flamenco art centers, its shopping streets and the spectacles of Cartujanian horses in the Royal Academy of Equestrian Art and in the Yeguada Hierro del Bocado, 11km from Jerez.
We cannot forget that the Grand Prix of Motorcycling and the Horse Fair in May is celebrated in this city in spring. The train and bus station is about 600 m away and the airport is 13 km away.
In the vicinity of the house there are bars with cheap menus, good tapas and wine. There are also small shops where to shop, just around the corner.

There are two lifts from the garage direct to the second floor, where the apartment is, and the main room and the terrace are on the upper floor
From its 61m2 terrace you can see in the distance El Puerto de Santa María with its lovely beaches, and there you can take a small ferry that sails to Cadiz every hour.
In Jerez you should visit its famous wine-cellars, its Cathedral, the Alcazar, its well-known flamenco schools and shows, its shopping pedestrian streets and the wonderful equestrian events in The Royal Academy of Equestrian Art in the center of Jerez, as well as La Yeguada del Bocado, 11km away from Jerez, the original birthplace of the Catujano Horses.
If you like popular celebrations, it is a must attending the Motorbike Grand Prize in April and the Horse Feria, celebrated in May. The railway station is nearby and from there you can take trains to go to Sevilla, Cadiz, and even to the airport which is at 12 km from Jerez.
In this, all year round sunny town, you can also enjoy the tapas in its bars and you will be kindly welcomed by its merry citizens who are always willing to help you.

Summary: Lovely location close enough to walk to all local sites train and supermarket Property a little tired we found kitchen difficult to manoeuvre in. The roof top solarium was lovely but need good mobility to access via stairs. Antiono met us on arrival and was fantastic took us to supermarket as it was sunday which really helped us out We went to cafiz seville and el puerto santa mariia by train v easy And the local bar Bujio was fab a great vibe

Summary: Great location, close to centre but easy car access. Pablo messaged prior to arrival, met us at an easy adjacent roadside park up location, organised underground parking, showed us round the apartment gave us a quick guide for accessing the centre together with restaurant recommendations and advice which helped us decide to make our Cadiz trip by rail rather than road, which gave a welcome break from driving. The short walk to the centre took us past many additional options to sample the local food and drinks (of which we took advantage) so didn't make full use of the available equipment provided. We did however make full use of the balcony area which found very relaxing both morning and evening. Highly recommended.

Summary: Well equipped apartment with fabulous, huge, top-floor terrace that attracts full sun all day. Secure building. Underground parking on site but tight spaces. 10-minute walk to the centre of Old Jerez with some local bars en route. Quality of food - fantastic at very reasonable process. Great buzz about the place. Lots of tourist information in the apartment. Must mention Antonio who met us at the train station. He was incredibly helpful. Only negative to consider would be the road noise to the front of the aprtment.

Summary: Within 10 minute walking distance to attractions, and dining. Host gave us a lot of information about the area restaurants and attractions. We were only two, but apartment could acomodate four persons comfortably. Only problem is that the parking garage is very tight, but not imposible. Highly recomend this apartment!

Summary: Overall a nice apartment, the terrace is great and with a nice view, especially at night, location close to the center. Not so good: Only the bed rooms are air conditioned, not the living room etc. The seating throughout is uncomfortable and too less for 4 people in the living room. The fridge opens the wrong way so that it always collides with the kitchen door.

Summary: The apartment was great for my family on our vacation to Jerez. It’s only a 10min walk to Plaza Arenal and to the train station. Also a few nearby places for food and drinks. The terrace is a great place to hang out during siesta and for gazing at the stars in the evening.
