Summary: We've stayed in many a rental in Waco and this is by far the best. Wonderful hosts, beautiful property, safe neighborhood, great location (close to downtown and Baylor) and utmost attention to detail. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: Uptown peach is hands down the best place I have ever stayed! The communication with the owners with incredible and very timely! The Vrbo itself was spotless and smelled amazing! It felt like we were the first group to ever stay there, it was so clean! The location was centrally located to all things Waco! They thought of everything when it came to hospitality. I am one to get nervous when traveling without my husband, but I felt very safe with the location and security in place. Thank you uptown peach for an amazing experience.

Summary: My very picky 6 year old wanted to "stay here forever." I will leave it at that! This property has a great courtyard for kids, easy parking, is very clean and smells amazing. They also have welcome snacks and a fridge of drinks which adds to the experience. Very close to Magnolia and the Zoo! We will definitely come back!
