Beautiful house for 4 people, located in Es Portitxol, a cozy urbanization belonging to the island capital, Palma de Mallorca, and at only 190 meters of the sea.
This fantastic two-storey village house is perfect for the large city lovers. It features with a marvelous terrace, perfectly furnished so that you can spend time outdoors enjoying, for instance, of having tasty breakfasts or delicious barbecues, under the shade canopy. At night, it also invites guests to organise pleasant evenings, having dinner and taking a glass of wine.
Combining a rustic and modern style, the interior welcomes you in a spacious room that unifies the living room with the dining area and the kitchen. On the sofa, while the children play in the play corner, they can relax or watch TV, accompanied by the wood-burning cooker or the air conditioning, depending on the time of year. The kitchen, with high cupboards and a large island with ceramic hob, is the perfect place to cook as comfortable as at home. You can even play some music while you prepare your favourite dishes. The laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a bathtub on this floor and one with a shower upstairs, where you will also find the two bedrooms of the house. Both have double beds, air conditioning, and wardrobe. Finally, a cot and a high chair are available.
The accommodation is situated in such amazing urbanization of Palma, Es Portixol. It is a familiar and peaceful place, but at the same time it is also really lively, as there are many bars and restaurants, a supermarket, bus stop and, the best of all, the beach at only 190 meters or 2 minutes walking. It is a really tiny beach located next to a small harbour, consequently after a spending the day at the beach you can have a shower and a walk staring at the ships and the lights at night. Then, you can also go to the centre of Palma and visit its incredible Old City.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was right acros from a supermarket so we could easily buy our grocery every day. The house is located right between two beautiful beaches that were easy and fast to reach. We stayed there as a family of 4; two adults and two children ( 9 and 6 years old) and the house was perfect for us. Clean and well kept with a big kitchen with everything we needed in it. We cooked almost every day. The area is very clean, safe and quiet. The bus station was just 20 steps from our door so we could easyli drive to Palma any time we wanted. The contact wirh the host was always easy, pleasent and fast. There were no wishes left open sonthank you very much for everything. We would definetly return to this location again and again.

Summary: We were two couples, in town for a conference. The apartment was in a perfect location - away from the crowds but less then a ten minute walk to the Congress Centre. It was also only a short walk to the beach, port, restaurants and grocery store. Just a word of caution about the coffee table as it has pieces that stick several inches out at all four corners and we we’re constantly hitting into then. Other than that it is a wonderful place and we highly recommend it.

Summary: The owner warmly welcomed us! The property is within walking distance of the beach and nice restaurants and the supermarket can be found opposite. The bus stop is also nearby, if you want to visit the hustle and bustle of Palma.

Summary: Stunning place to stay beautiful garden loads of sun Kitchens amazing having two bathrooms was also fabulous clean and tidy and homely even something for the kids! Cleaning room was fab too all in all the prefect stay and only 20 mins into main palma by walking

Summary: Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist mit Liebe dekoriert und bietet genug Platz für vier Personen. Die Terrasse lädt abends zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein und das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Aufgrund eines kleinen Stromproblems am späten Abend konnte sofort ein Mitarbeiter der Verwaltung erreicht werden, der den Eigentümer des Hauses umgehend kontaktierte. Dieser war nach kurzer Zeit da und kümmerte sich um alles. Der Hausbesitzer ist ein netter, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch! Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Als kleiner Tipp empfiehlt sich noch ein weiteres Handtuch mitzubringen. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!
