Negative: The top neighbours were quite noisy and sometimes was difficult to get to sleep. After asking them to calm down, everything was fine.

Positive: Large, comfortable area. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was great. Close to the beach and easy to walk to any restaurants and shops. Parking was tight at night but much easier here than in old town. Love the back porch with lots of space to dry our machine washed clothes.

Positive: The house is located in Koum Kapi, a neighbourhood adjacent to the city of Chania. We spent 3 days/2 nights and walked to the city every time. It was a pleasant 10-minute walk and an opportunity to see the surrounding areas. The house is modern, comfortable, has all amenities and street parking. It is just a few metres away from Koum Kapi beach so you can swim in the area even if you don't have a car. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and easy to reach. Overall, we will gladly stay at Evans House next time we are in Chania.

Negative: There is nothing that we didn't like.

Summary: Pleasant and comfortable. Ideal location!
