Positive: The courtyard is nice and quite, specially after coming from this really noisy city.

Negative: The room was dirty, they just wiped the floor and changed the bed linen, but all the other things, like tables, wardrobe, etc were really dirty, we had to clean everything by ourselves. They are also missing the electric kettle like it says on their description on booking.com. When we arrived, they tried to convince us that we have to pay also their comission for booking.com. After 10 minutes of arguing, they admitted that I am right and it's their mistake. They also gave us another room at the beggining, one without garden view, not like the one we booked, but they changed it after a few hours, after we complained a couple of times.

Positive: 100% value for money. Decent place to stay. The entrance is a bit cramped as only one big car can enter at one time , but other than that it's a decent place. The lawn is beautiful..fruit trees , ducks, birds. The rooms were decent and the beds were comfortable.

Negative: Nothing specific as such...we had a good stay.

Positive: very good to telax in jaipur, in the rooms and the nice garden it is very quiet and clean, no dust, no horn, it is really shanti shanti there, it was not our first time in this guesthouse and it will be also not our last time, we will come back again
