Positive: Mr Balbeer, the hotel Manager is very helpful from the time I made booking until i depart back to my country. He helped with my hotel pick up arrangement and tour booking to Agra and Jaipur city. The staff also friendly and attentive to any request. I deal with Mr Irfan who is helpful during my stay. The toilet spacious, bed is clean and matress is comfy. The amenities is perfect as i can find anything i want during my stay. The interior is luxury and the smell of the hotel is so rilexing. The rooftop restaurant and pool is so cosy. I love to chill at the pool and restaurant during evening time comes with great music. I love to hangout at the coffee shop name Curious Life Coffee Roasters next to the hotel. The vibes is great with local people. I would recommend guest to book this hotel because of its great hospitality, clean and looks luxury.
Negative: The driver is not at the airport when i arrived. Its difficult to locate the driver since there is no contact number given with no airport wifi. The driver also late arriving the airport with put my name on the signage.

Positive: A fabulous spa on site, I recommend treatments every day! A happening cafe downstairs, with a hip crowd, coffee and food. A great roof restaurant. Communication with reception desk via whats app was a great idea. Well equipped rooms.
Negative: There are too many up and down levels leading from lift to room, from spa entrance to spa rooms. The room bathroom has a step up with a raised ledge. I dont think these make friendly accessibility for elderly guests. I wish the windows could open. Its nice to have fresh air instead of just aircon air.

Positive: The room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities. The staff was very friendly and they allowed us to stay after check out time, so that we can get ready for our afternoon train ride,that was very considerate.
Negative: The hotel is about 15 minutes ride from the train station and about 3-4 km from the old city and Hawa Mahal. You must ude rickshaw or taxi to get there. The surrounding streets are commercial, and partly dirty. The hotel asked a taxi driver to take us to the train station after check out and promised he'd help with the luggage. He didn't ,and we had to carry all our bags ourselves. Breakfast is offered at about 1000 INR and the close cafe is very !! Expensive.

Positive: Very good location, close to good restaurants, cafes and government offices, courteous staff, spacious and well designed and well maintained rooms, noise cancellation windows, smart tv, good wifi, quick room service, good breakfast menu
Negative: The windows don't open so need to depend on air conditioning the whole time, so those who like Breeze of fresh air every now and then may feel à bit uncomfy
