Summary: Carpets needed more cleaning

Summary: The updates to this hotel were very nice and modern. The beds were comfy. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We had the earliest game and did not get to have breakfast either morning because of this. Breakfast is available from 7-10 am on weekends. It is a bit of an older hotel and needs some sound proofing so that you don't hear kids running down the hallways. It was adequate for our needs for the weekend.

Summary: Cons: Dated accomodations, poor plumbing in bathroom sink that didnt drain well, and rooms smelled musty. Also, there was a highway of ants in the pool area leading to what appeared to be ant poison left under a table; breakfast was similar to a typical IHG breakfast but less options and poorer quality Pro: The staff. Wish the hotel accomodations itself would be worthy of the staff that appear to be trying to hold this place together.

Summary: Ice machine right outside my door, people seemed to be getting ice all night, kids running up and down the hallways until midnight, other than that I slept well

Summary: Such a nice, convenient, clean, welcoming hotel with great breakfast w/many choices; nice temp. pool & hot tub; friendly helpful staff; wonderful coffee; location close to many shopping & restaurant choices.

Summary: The property is updated and clean. Bathrooms are on the smaller side but they have placed mirrors in other areas of the room so more than one person can get ready at once. Did notice that you have to pull your room door closed or it won't latch shut when leaving the room. Overall, we would for sure use this hotel again. Pool area was nice a large.

Summary: The hotel and staff were amazing and accommodating. Unfortunately even though on my side of the app it showed I had a room reserved for tonight the hotel said my third party app had canceled it with no cancellation information. They were able to get me a room still. Not sure how much I trust the app anymore
