Soak in the sun as you enjoy the water views to Fraser Island from the deck of this bright, comfortable holiday unit. Situated high on Rainbow Beach's premier street, it is just an 10 minute walk downhill to the main shops, restaurants and the extensive sandy beach.

Upstairs features:
* Master bedroom with queen bed & shower ensuite
* Open kitchen, lounge & dining area with air-conditioning
* Kitchen with dishwasher & microwave

* North east facing balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor seating & ocean views

Downstairs features:

Summary: Nice and close to all that Rainbow beach has to offer. No yard for the dog but there’s nice deck with distant beach views. Tv goes weird in a rain storm so provides great moment to read that book!! :)

Summary: clean and roomy, in need of a bit of tlc. tap leaking in upstairs bathroom , smoke alarm would not turn off , fan in dinning room kitchen is just about stuffed. but having said that only small things regards ron roil

Summary: Nice unit to stay in...comfortable.. approx 13 min walk to beach but quite hilly. We brought our own mattress topper so made the bed alot more comfortable. Needs aircon in bottom rooms. Needs to upgrade the tv. But good allround.
