When you walk through the front door, you'll enter a hallway that leads directly to the living room.In the living room, you'll find a cozy sectional and four lounge chairs. Settle in for a movie on our 55-inch Samsung Smart TV or cozy up next to the fire with a good book!
Off the living room, you'll find our dining room. Our round table can seat up to six people. Through the dining room, you'll see a hallway that leads directly to our large, fully stocked kitchen. This space contains everything you need to create your favorite meal, baked goods, or cup of coffee.
Are you up for a little friendly competition? Our game room hasa foosball table, a pinball table, and a Galaga Arcade game console with Galaga, Pac Man, and Digdug.
Above the garage, you'll find another lounge area with a futon, two beanbag chairs, a24-inch Vizio Smart TV, and board games.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our luxury beds:
(1) Our first bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch Smart Vizio TV, desk area, accent chair, and en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a luxurious King-size bed, accent chair, and en suite bath.
(3) Our third bedroom has two Queen-size beds, two closets, and an en suite bath.
(4) Our lounge area above the garage has a futon bed and 2 bean bags.
Out back, enjoy our patio and backyard with a private pool! On the patio, you'll find a lounge area, a bar with seating for six, and a propane grill. When you're not at home, drive a couple miles down the road to enjoy the local food, drinks, and shops of Downtown Springdale!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (besides the garage), all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. There is an exterior camera that covers the back yard and pool area for the security of the property.

★ Please be aware that the fireplace is currently non-operational.
★ Please note the garage is not available for guests.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
